Access Secure Deposits’ online form requires that the inmates 7-digit CIN number or global subject number be provided this number can be found in the Jail Registry. Access Secure Deposits charges a non-refundable fee for this service which is paid by the customer. Access Secure Deposits allows you to make debit or credit card deposits that automatically post to an inmate’s account within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To access this service you may either call 86 or visit the Access Corrections website. This service is called Access Secure Deposits and is available 24 hours a day. You may put money on an inmate’s account via the phone or internet. (Your agreement with your card issuer governs use of your card and you must refer to that agreement to ascertain your rights and liabilities as a cardholder, which may include a “cash advance” fee.) Items ordered online will be delivered the next week during regular commissary delivery. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. Commissary delivery also occurs one day each week, Tuesday through Friday, depending on the inmate’s housing unit (if an inmate’s housing unit changes, the day in which their commissary is delivered may also change).įamily and friends may order hygiene items, underwear and writing supplies for an inmate online or by calling 80. Money must be placed in an inmate’s account by 11:00 pm on Saturday for the inmate to receive commissary the following week. Orders are placed each Saturday and processed on Sunday morning. Inmates may order commissary once a week. Salaries for staff that manage the commissary are also paid for out of this fund. It also pays for televisions, cable services, newspapers, etc. This fund is used to purchase recreational items for use by the inmates. The proceeds from the commissary are deposited in an Inmate Welfare Fund. If money is deposited to an inmate’s account that has debt, 60% is applied to the debt and 40% is applied to the inmate’s account. Inmates pay for these items using monies deposited to their account. The commissary provides the opportunity for inmates to purchase personal hygiene items, snacks, and some clothing items. Snohomish County Corrections provides commissary services for the inmates incarcerated at our facility.
